Small batch orders (1–11 cups) include a one-time $25 setup fee covering artwork prep and proof. Prices based on a single shared design. Individual name add-ons and multi-design orders quoted separately. Save $1/cup when you order a full case (24+). SC sales tax applies to local orders.

What file format should I send for my logo?

Vector files work best: .AI, .SVG, or high-resolution .PDF files are ideal. High-resolution .PNG files (300 dpi+) with a transparent background are also accepted. We'll let you know during the proof stage if artwork adjustments are needed.

Can each cup have a different name on it?

Yes! Individual names are a popular add-on. Just send us your name list and we'll quote accordingly. Note: personalized name orders may be priced slightly differently than a single shared design.

What is the turnaround time?

Most bulk orders are completed within 5–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available, so mention your deadline in your quote request.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. Shipping is available on all orders. We'll provide a shipping quote based on your order size and destination when we confirm your quote. Local pickup is always welcome too.

What does "2-sided engraving" mean?

The tumbler is engraved on both the front and back. Typically, one side carries your primary design (logo, crest, etc.) and the other side holds text (a name, motto, date, or event detail).

What colors are available? Do all finishes engrave the same way?

We offer 30 color options across four finish types. Classic solid colors and pastels engrave with a natural silver/metallic contrast. ION-plated cups (the "Gold Engrave" options in the color picker) have a Ghost Black outer coating: the laser removes it to reveal a bright gold-toned base, so your design appears gold. Rose Gold and Prism/Rainbow are specialty finishes. Mention your preferred color in your quote request and we will confirm availability.
