Acrylic Idea Factory specializes in custom die-cut acrylic blanks. If you can draw it, they can cut it. Great for logo-shaped awards, unique outlines, and anything that needs a non-standard form. We send your artwork, they manufacture the blank, and we engrave it locally.

GS2 Awards

GS2 Awards produces heavy, thick cast acrylic award blanks that stand on their own without a separate base. Substantial feel and a clean, modern look. Ideal for high-recognition programs, annual awards, and pieces that need to hold their own on a desk or shelf.

We Source the Blank

We work with our manufacturing partners to produce or source the right acrylic blank for your design.

Approve Your Proof

You get a digital layout showing your exact engraving before anything is cut or produced.

Engraved and Delivered

Engraving is done on-site in Upstate SC. Local pickup or shipping available for any order size.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to know before requesting a custom award.

How long does a custom acrylic award take?

Custom awards require more lead time than standard stock shapes. After you approve the proof, we order the blanks from our manufacturing partner. Manufacturing and shipping typically adds 1 to 2 weeks before we even begin engraving. Total turnaround is usually 3 to 4 weeks from order. If you have a hard deadline, let us know upfront and we will tell you whether it is achievable.

What file type do I need for a custom shape?

A vector file works best for the shape outline: .AI, .SVG, or .PDF with vector paths. If you only have a raster logo, we can work with it, but the cleaner your artwork the better the result. Send what you have and we will let you know if it needs adjustments.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the manufacturer and the shape. Some custom blanks from Acrylic Idea Factory have minimum run quantities. GS2 Awards blanks are generally available in smaller quantities. Share your quantity when you request a quote and we will confirm what is possible.

Can I see pricing before committing?

Yes. We send a full quote with blank cost, engraving cost, and any applicable sales tax before you commit to anything. No surprises. Custom award pricing varies too much by shape and quantity to publish a standard rate, which is why we quote each project individually.

What acrylic colors are available?

Clear is the most common choice and engraves with the sharpest contrast. Frosted white and black acrylic are also popular. Some manufacturers offer colored acrylic in limited runs. Let us know if you have a specific color in mind and we will check availability.

Can the engraving include a logo and custom text?

Yes. Most custom awards combine a logo or artwork near the top with personalized text below: the recipient's name, award title, and date. We lay out the full design in a proof for your approval before anything is engraved.
