Can each tag have a different name or number on it?

Yes, that is one of the best features of laser engraving. Each tag in your order can carry its own unique text, whether that is a name, badge number, jersey number, date, or short message. Just send us a list and we handle the rest. There is no extra per-tag setup charge for variable text.

What colors are available?

Tags are made from Gemini Duets XT two-layer laser acrylic, which gives you a solid color on top with a mirror finish underneath. The mirror shows through wherever the top layer is engraved. Gemini offers an extensive range of color combinations. You can browse the full Duets XT color chart here. Let us know your preference when you request a quote and we will confirm what is in stock.

What file format should I send for my logo or design?

Vector files work best: .AI, .SVG, or high-resolution .PDF. High-resolution .PNG files (300 dpi or higher) with a transparent background are also accepted. If you only have a JPG or a low-resolution file, send it anyway and we will let you know during the proof stage if anything needs to be cleaned up.

What is the turnaround time?

Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. If you have a specific deadline, mention it in your request and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Can I order tags with different designs in one batch?

Yes. If your order has multiple distinct layouts or artwork files, mention that in your quote request. Mixed-design orders may be priced slightly differently depending on the number of setups involved, but variable text (names, numbers, etc.) on a shared layout is always included in the standard per-tag price.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. Shipping is available on all orders. We will provide a shipping quote based on your order size and destination when we confirm your quote. Local pickup in the Upstate SC area is always available at no extra charge.
