All prices include engraving. SC sales tax applies to local orders. Volume pricing available for 5 or more identical awards. Large format awards (9"×12" and up) and custom programs are quoted individually.

What does the engraving look like on clear acrylic?

Laser engraving on clear acrylic creates a frosted-white contrast directly into the surface of the material. No paint, no film, nothing to peel or fade. The engraved area catches light and reads bright white against the crystal-clear background, giving awards a clean, professional look whether you're including a logo, a seal, a name, or detailed text.

Can I include a full logo and text on the same award?

Yes. Most awards combine a logo or organizational seal near the top with presentation text below: the recipient's name, award title, date, and your organization. Send your logo file and the text you want on the award and we will lay it out in a proof for you to approve before anything is engraved. Vector files (.AI, .SVG, .PDF) or high-resolution PNGs (300 dpi or better) work best for logos.

What base options are available?

We offer several options depending on the look you want: clear acrylic bar bases, black marble bases, and solid wood bases. Some award shapes include an integrated base in the design. Mention what you have in mind when you request a quote and we will let you know what is available and what it adds to the price.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We can do a single award. If you are ordering 5 or more of the same design, mention it in your quote. Volume pricing may apply. There is no per-order setup fee for standard shapes.

How long does it take?

Most orders are ready within 5 to 10 business days after artwork approval and payment. If you have a deadline, mention it in your request and we will let you know if we can accommodate it. Rush turnaround is sometimes available depending on current workload.

What is the difference between acrylic and crystal awards?

Crystal awards are made from optical crystal or K9 glass, which is heavier and refracts light with a sparkle effect. Acrylic awards are lighter, far more durable (they do not chip or shatter), and significantly less expensive. In a presentation setting most recipients cannot tell the difference. Acrylic also engraves with more precision for fine logos and detailed text.
